This is a gluten free recipe for those who have allergy with wheat. My husband is allergic to wheat so I found this for him so he can enjoy. And he loves it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
2T butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4c. white sugar
1/3 c. rice flour
1/2t. baking powder
3/4t. baking soda
1/2t. salt
Mix wet ingredients, set aside. Then mix remainder and add to first ingredients. Form small balls and criss/cross a design on top with a fork. Add several chocolate chips on tor for fun.
